The Peabody Home is becoming
The Peabody Home in downtown Franklin is building on its long and rich history of serving seniors through a significant expansion of facilities and services.
Peabody Place will include a brand-new state-of-the-art community. Upon completion, it will triple in size, double total occupancy, feature expanded assisted living and memory care services and amenities and include independent living options.

The building was designed by EGA P.C., Engelberth Construction is building the facility and the engineering work is being conducted by Nobis Engineering. Advisory work is being provided by RS Consulting and North Country and the Northern Community Investment Corporation.
Schematics and additional information on rooms and amenities are under development and will be available by the end of the year. At that time, there will be an opportunity to reserve spaces ahead of time.
Bistro, media room and library
Both phases will be integrated into a single 63,632 square foot three-story building that features a granite and brick façade and large manor windows.
Phase One (to be completed by late 2021):
Construction of the new assisted living and memory care community. Upon completion, residents and staff from the current building will move to the new building.
Phase Two (to be completed by late 2022):
Tear down the original building
